Took up running to keep fit when I 'retired' from football. Soon got the bug but only manage 2 or 3 training sessions a week. I live in the North-East and my local race is the GNR, but I try to do a few other races a year as well. I don't belong to a club as I regularly travel abroad with work. I have always had problems with my feet being so narrow and find Adidas shoes are the only brand that fits. Hence the moniker.
