Been running since I was 14... (a few years now :-0)
ran for my school and district  all cross country.. Long distance.. Couldn't sprint if my life depended on it!! After a good 20 year gap!! I've just got back into it.. And loving it. Especialy in the rain Really doing well.. Until I was hit by a car in December no broken bones and back on it |
