Started running in early 2008 and first race at the Bristol 10k.
Joined Fetch and the 500 miles in 2009 group last year - went pretty well until knee injury in May and finished the year on 313 miles.
Back in the 500 mile group for 2010 but taking it *very* slowly with knee and trying to improve my form to stop more injuries.
