About Me

After many years of being overweight I lost 6st,then took up body building and after 5 years of pumping iron decided to run,that was in 2002. I run between 30-40 miles per week. I've completed 6 marathons, numerous half marathons and 10ks,but only in 2008 did my times improve.Goals for 2014Stay healthy and improve speedGet back on track with my mileage
