It has to be my first ever race with my ladies club team, I have never been so nervous and excited at the same time! The race was a relay and I ran the last stage which was fantastic being cheered in on the final leg by all the crowd!:)

Pulled a gracillis muscle on my right thigh last Apr, very painful but turned out to be the best thing that has happened to me as it resulted following a totally different path.

    My coach.

  • Do you do enough cross training? Read all responses
