Preparing for my first attempt at 50 miles
Profile
I run for Larne Athletic Club in Northern Ireland. I began running to help my fitness for football. In January 2007 I started running properly, having joined Larne AC, to train for their annual half marathon. I quit football to run competitively for the club. I prefer longer distance races but also like to do some short faster stuff. Recently I have taken more interest in distance running, but like to keep at the mountain/fell running.
