Years ago I ran for my county. 100m and 200m. Was never interested in anything which needed endurance! Gave that up to concentrate on smoking and boys. What an eejit. Started running as part of a gym workout in Sept 2007 to lose some baby weight on the old tredders. Wondered if I could run outside and so tried. Managed about two minutes and thought I was actually dying. I'm a stubborn thing and so persevered until I managed to run for 20 minutes without stopping. I then caught the bug!
