Went off WAY too quickly. Followed the 3:10 group, who were going much quicker than that. WHY WHY WHY didn't I just stick to 7:20? I'm so fucking annoyed with myself.
Sun was unbearable, I had a productive fat at mile 15, spewed at miles 21 and 23, then at the finish line. Guts all over the place. last 5 miles involved a lot of 10 second walks. A completely shit race, albeit a PB.
