Absolutely fabulous small local race series.<br>
Hit pretty much the pace I thought I was capable of, and couldn't have run much harder. Very pleased with this as a target, and gives me some idea of the work I need to do in terms of stregth and leg speed.<br>
Legs were pretty well behaved and there was just enough to overhaul a centurion in the last 200m, but he did put up one hell of a fight.<br>
