Run home from work.
Splitting these over 2 days for a while; fits better with home life. The 'recovery' between them is not much different, although doing them this way means *not* doing an easy hour on the other day now.
Started a nice evening running in a vest, ended up getting rained on for an hour. Not too heavy though.
