Ran after 6pm. Have been troubled with a painful right foot during the past few runs however today did not seem to be the case. Once I got the first two miles out of the way I picked up the tempo and did the last five miles at an upbeat pace. Good effort and at the moment have no after effects.
Weather - about 18 degrees with a westerly breeze.
