Still have a bit of a cold so elected to pop to the gym.
Bench Press
5 x 10 @ 20kg, 30kg, 3 x 10 @ 40kg.
Seated Dumbell Raises
5 x 10 @ 8kg
Front Arm Raises
5 x 10 Single arm raises @ 4kg
Dumbell Flyes
5 x 10 @ 6kg
6 sets of step ups 20 each leg rest between sets. with 12kg kettbell.
3 x 3 sets of planks 1min
3 x 3 sets of leg raises.
