50k training week 1. Strength and core training:
15 squats
single leg squats 10 each leg
Lunges 10 each leg
10 Calf raises
Step ups 10 each leg
12 Glute bridges
1 min plank
Side planks 30 seconds each side

No weight. Good start focusing on correct form. Very clear that hamstrings are tight and hips inflexible.
