Notes & Comments

A long overdue half marathon pb, on the terminally dull North Lincs course. I was still recovering from a cold, so this could have been about a minute better in ideal circumstances, but alas, running is seldom kind. It was a case of hanging on for grim death from 5 miles onwards, with cramp a lurking menace.
