Interesting, Thu night ultrasound lady at ESIC says I'm doing my Pilates wrong. Core, means 1 inch pelvic floor raises (pelvis is half full bowl of jelly, lift the jelly to the rim?), with added small bent leg lifts or leg slides. Not full on crunches - that's just the outer muscles. 10 times per day. And butt squeezes. Anyway, this totally doing it wrong class was fun. Though achy back after. And had DOMS after pump on Monday too. Squats and lunges on legs that have done bleep all exercise. Hopefully I'll get on and do my rehab better now though. :-) G
