1x20kg 1x22.5kg 1 x 30kg 1x40kg all at 10 reps. 1x8 @ 40kg.

Lat Pull down 5x10 @ 35kkg(3) 40kg(2)

Bicep curls @ 10kg with barbell. Normal routine.

tricep pull downs @ 7.5kg x 5 sets.

Core:- ankle touches 30 each side

leg extensions x 10

crunches x 10

Sets of 3.

6mins jog on treadmill.
