I did a threshold run yesterday and TAO thought it was just a lazy assed run - how do you tell your watch what you want to do? I had just been monitoring the time myself, which their computer alorithm obviously doesn't understand
press lap after each session - and when you log into TAO it gives you the option to change run type. also if you are run walking the warm ups, make sure the walks aren't separate laps. I can programme the sessions into garmin -
thank you! you'r my guru
