We don't have much in the way of hills, but I intend to make the most of the ones we do have. Had watch set to 4:1 but managed to ignore its beeping all the way up Sand Lane and across and up Everton road - almost to the layby
First time I've been around the Galley Hill path for ages - and was chuffed that
strava awarded me a PR for the nasty sandy steep uphill bit, despite only making it 2/3 of the way up before I had to walk
(I don't think I've ever run all the way up it - maybe one day....)
Resorted back to 4:1 for the loop around the fields to squish bug - into the wind almost harder than uphill!
