Parkrun. My legs had felt tired for the last couple of days, so this result was a surprise - must have been the warm up that helped ;-).
1) 0.62m - 5:09(8:18/m) 144/155bpm 56cal 7.23/8.97mph
2) 0.62m - 4:54(7:52/m) 159/163bpm 63cal 7.62/9.58mph
3) 0.62m - 4:43(7:35/m) 163/166bpm 63cal 7.91/9.52mph
4) 0.62m - 4:47(7:42/m) 165/168bpm 64cal 7.8/9.4mph
4th km didn't beep until about 200m after the usual 4km, so the trees probably interfered. Hence the very short 5th km and total distance.
