The rest all coming in 6:55 to 7:00 area. With a GPS fudge, that looks like 7:00m/m pace, which ties in with a HM at around 6:35 on Saturday. Sigh.
Oh - but in positive news, no sign of a stitch. I have had nothing to eat (at all) since midday. Which isn't always true for an evening run (although it often is).
