MCP Parkrun.
No idea what was happening with the Garmin. Switched it on, got signal, started running, beeped for 1st km after only 0.30 mile and for 2nd after 1.26 miles. The 2nd km was showing I was moving at 23mm!
Map shows I started nearly 2 miles before the Parkrun venue!
The run itself was alright, quite an effort after the 1st km, but not enough to justify the high HR.
