Incline bench press x 5 sets @ 40lbs

Military clean and jerk x 5 sets

Machine chest press 10 x over 10 x under @ 20kg over @ 3 sets.

Tricep pull down @ 5 sets 12.5kg

50 press ups to finish.

Absolute killer.
