triceps push downs x 6 sets in pyramid 10kg, 15kg 17kg and back up.
Bicep curls x 6 sets in pyramid
7.5kg 10kg 15kg and back up.
Skullcrusher x 5 sets with 20kg
Barrbell curl x 10 in stages x 3 sets @ 10kg
Bench dips x 20 sec on 10 sec off x 3
Pull ups x 20 sec on 10 sec off x 3
5 mins treadmill warm down.
