Great to get out for Sunday club run. I suggested the shortest Pentlands route I could. Drive to Thriepmuir, then run up Beeches, West of Hare Hill, base of West Kip, back down to the Howe and return via Green Cleuch. Nice morning. Right leg feeling quite numb and tingly after and now on Monday. Hmmm.
