Good session. 1.5 minutes walk to start then 1:00/00:30 run-walk. Worked quite hard in the middle two (Busway) miles. Focussing on something to do with momentum that I'd figured out while contemplating swimming.

Slashing it down for the first half, after that lying water everywhere.
