Intended 6 to 7 around the fields/villages to be followed by 2 to 3 in "town" multi-tasking with Tesco trip and squishing the one bug hiding on Brickhill
Except that I did so much looping around to minimise running into the wind I ended up doing the planned 9 on trail -
I didn't really fancy any more tarmac after the last two days anyay If I'd realised I was over 9 - wasn't paying attention, thought it was 8 - I'd have looped around the village to make it 10.
Bit tired now - longest run for months - glad to be getting almost to double figures again though.
