Curls: 10/9/8 @ 7kg each side.
Narrow presses: 6/6/5 @ 27kg.
Wide presses: 8/8/8 @ 25kg.
Squats: 12/12/12 with 4kg dumbbells, just to avoid unadapting again, though I'm pretty much done with Legs Days now.
