So, had to can Forfar multi terrain. First miss in 9 years. Oh well. Wee jog round grounds was still sore right ham. So foam roller on it, gentle, because sore. Then rest of foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks (managed right leg with raise), chest press, wobble board shoulder raises, lat pull down, tricep push down. Then sauna and Jacuzzi. Booked in to see Alex B again Thu 6.30 pm. See what she can see. :-) G
