Dumbell Bench Press
12kg x 5 sets
Dumbell Bent over rows on Bench
14kg x 5 sets
Circuit 30 sec each exercise 15 sec rest. x 3 sets with 1 min between sets.
Bent over row Barbell lift 20kg
Shoulder press 10kg
Barbell Bicep Curl 10kg
deadlift with Dumbell 24kg
Tricep dips
Chest press machine 3 sets x 10 @ 20kg 15kg 10kg with over and under grip continuous repeats.
Tricep push down 6 sets @ 7.5kg 30 secs a set
Bicep curl 6 sets @ 7.5kg 30 secs a set
