Alternate sets with eL Bee!. Able to use bigger weights for the presses as he was spotting for me :)
Curls: 12/9/7 @ 7kg each side.
Narrow presses: 8/10/10 @ 25kg.
Wide presses: 12/12/12 @ 23kg
Squats: 12/12/20 on the wedge with 4kg dumbbells.
