Lunchtime visit to make up for cupcake.

Did 2 out of 3 sets for everything plus normal stretches. Knee struggled with bench press but seemed OK for everything else.

Uphill walking on treadmill - 3 mins warm-up, 3 mins @15% and 4.2 pace. 4 mins cool down. No problems with breathing.
