Just me today. Felt fully recovered from last session, so put the weights up and alternated upper and lower body.
Curls: 10/8/8 @ 7kg each side.
20 continuous step-ups leading with each foot between sets.
Narrow presses: 12/12/14 @ 22kg.
Squats between sets: 30 bodyweight/30 bodyweight + 2kg dumbbells/30 bodyweight + 4kg dumbbells (that last set was surprisingly strenuous).
Wide presses: 15/15/15 @ 20kg. The limiter with these is getting the bar up off the rack to begin.
Some lazy crunches on the bench between sets. 30-40 at a time, didn't count properly.
