Unintended session. I only went out to supervise and spot for VP doing his first session since last April, but ended up lifting with the same weights to space his sets.
Decided at the end that I wouldn't bother running and would do squats instead because I wanted my dinner pig
Curls: 10/10/12 @ 6kg each side.
Narrow presses: 20/20/20 @ 18kg.
Wide presses: 15/15/18 @ 18kg.
Lateral raises: 8/8/8 @ 4kg each side. (The last one or two of each set were quite ineffectual.)
Squats: 20/20/40 on the wedge, no weight. Will try using the 5kg kettlebells next time if I've got away with it.
