Curls: 10/8/6 @ 7kg each side, spaced with sets of 30 simple crunches.
Narrow presses: 15/15/13 @ 20kg, spaced with sets of 20 unweighted squats. For which I may suffer tomorrow, having not done squats for aeons.
No wide presses, but I did 15 press-ups earlier.
