Curls: 15/12/12 @ 6kg each side, with 30 x basic crunches with 5kg plate between sets.
Presses: 15/15/15 @ 20kg (so that could probably go up next time) with *some* calf raises between sets.
Bit of messing around with lateral raises and upright rows but nothing worth counting ... unless bits of me hurt tomorrow.
