Hard work, but I'm pleased with this. Ran north on the canal for two miles before turning - so the third mile was a massive effort to get the GPS to show its correct pace - it doesn't cope well with 180's (or even 90's, for that matter). Really knackered by the end of it, but Monday marks ten weeks 'til Bristol, so it's time to knuckle down. Probably
EDIT: Yeah, the splits show that from 2.0 to 2.1 miles, I was doing 9 minute miling. Curse you satellite tracking technology for making it this way!
