Every step felt hard tonight, fuelling? (or lack of)
I couldnt be bothered to go but given I was in joggy bottoms, my Braydon T I put on my trainers and went out. I wore the trail shoes as I need to get used to the extra weight for Covington.
So I went looking for today's goreilla, it would have been around 1.5m but added a bit more to it, while it was hard I was glad I went out.
