Delivered a missing parkrun barcode in the first mile, which meant that I spent the rest of my usual loop being pleasantly surprised at how far I'd gone. Legs a bit heavy on the way out, but I was really pleased with the overall run. After listening to podcasts for the first 8 miles, I stuck some music on for the last 2, and danced home
