Because I left it too late for a bike ride, and realised that I wasn't going to go out for a run.
Alternate sets with VP and eL Bee!.
Curls: 5/4/4 @ 8.5kg each side.
Presses: 6/6/6 @ 28kg.
Alternate sets with eL Bee!.
Squats: 10 @ 24kg, 10/12 @ 28kg, aiming for depth.
Just me.
Wide presses: 12 @ 18kg, 12/15 @ 22kg.
