Really tough run today out in the Blue Mountains. I clearly hadn't thought about how little training I have done since Six Foot Track and I organised this weekend away so that I would be distracted from the fact Bex and Joshua are not here.
It turns out I had to turn round at one point and head back to the aquatic centre. To be fair, I still did a 35k run but it was a relief not to be doing 45k and even more elevation than I did anyway!
