A splatty muddy, splishy-sploshy do-what-you-likey, don't look at the watchy, listen to the Archersy recovery run.

Legs feeling surprisingly good after Sunday. Bit of an ache in the left hamstring, but more towards the end of the run than the start - but I'm hoping this means it's on the mend.
