Notes & Comments

La Camella/Arona/La Escalona/Vilaflor for a Coke-stop/up the TF-21 to the high point/back down the TF-21 to Granadilla/back along the TF-28.
PBs to La Escalona because I had company (Peter from Kendal) - average power to that point 122W. A bit tired for the last bit of the climb to Vilaflor. Sent eL Bee! off to ride the rest of the climb at his own speed and tootled up on my own. PBs for most of that too! Stopped briefly at the top, then came down at a leisurely pace and hammered the last bit from Granadilla because I was tight for 10mph. If I didn't get it by a whisker, it'll be because of some wagon shenanigans in the last hundred metres.
Average power: 104W (Garmin), 91W (Strava)
Weighted average power: 109W
Maximum power: 277W
Average cadence: 63rpm
Maximum speed: 33.5mph (San Lorenzo)
A lovely sunny day; lots of pro sightings; quite pleased with what I did, especially when I thought I'd shot my bolt in the first 11 miles.
