Notes & Comments

Running south on the second interval was straight into the wind - really hard work, and stitchy towards the end. Splits were: 8:39 (cocky), 9:08 (struggling), 9:02 (holding on, but with the benefit of the wind).

But still, I'm pleased :) Not sure about the oHRM accuracy on the new TomTom though :-/
