Yay! Double digits! Ran with Katie and her ladies for the first 1.5 miles. Early on, my right foot felt a bit stiff/crampy, but by four miles, I'd also remembered that I'd forgotten to tape up my gammy toenail - so that was a source of discomfort from then on - although not quite as bad as previous occasions (I think it's grown a bit).
At about mile 6, I went across a muddy field to do a lap round Priory Lake, which was very slippery, and good fun - hence a few HR spikes!
Feeling a bit tired towards the end, but felt like I finished relatively strongly. Very pleased!
