Bit stop-starty in the first mile as usual, but moreso because the dog found some takeaway. Was tempted to stop at a mile, but persevered and enjoyed it. Slight ache in my left hamstring now - tiredness I think.
Ran with a long-sleeve top over a t-shirt - and didn't feel too warm either. Arms were happy about it!
