Early run before coming home to be with Joshua while Bex went to the gym.

I tried to do a bit of a faster run and then Robyn caught up with me and said she wanted to do a hard run… so I kept up with her for a along as I could. Basically after km7 I couldn't keep up - she is so fast on the hills and I was tiring and slowing down.

Great run and shame I couldn't have carried on for longer, but parenthood means running is taking a backseat.
