Commute plus extras. After two days off the bike, I decided I was ready to get back on - better to get back on now than leave it too long!
I cycled to Centennial Park and then did 3 laps at a decent pace (on the road bike) and then cycled into the office. All 3 laps were comfortably over 30kph, so that made me happy:-)
