A great run this morning with Adam. No stress, no thinking about races - just getting out there and looking round the local trails again.
It was really enjoyable and the last few km we really pushed it - not even remotely flat and down in the low 5min/km.
I will set some goals at some point, but while it is this much fun, I will carry on!
