After work gym session to make up for being lazy yesterday. Was a bit crowded so no room to do all my stretches at the end. Knee was definitely weaker on the single-leg leg press but OK for the rest of the exercises.
Cross-trainer: 21 mins of 3 mins forwards, 3 mins backwards with 2 min cooldown. Knee was getting sore towards the end.
