All my physio exercises, knee still OK.

15 mins cross-trainer: 3 mins forwards, 3 mins backwards. Last 3 mins a gradual cool-down

14 mins on treadmill: 3 mins warm-up then 1 min at 10kph with ~ 2mins walk recovery. 3 reps then cool-down. Trying to concentrate on form, kick legs back higher and fast cadence. Could feel knee a bit but not actually sore. Still think this approach is madness!
